Luca Bonamore

Performance

2025

Performed with: Paul Winkler

(boys)friend

In the durational performance (boys)friend, two performers, informed by the subjective experience of queer existence in public and semi-public space, move, to a live DJ set, through the audience and their surrounding environment in a sequence of mechanical kisses and acrobatic figures. These actions operate as choreographed interventions within the existing social fabric, subtly disrupting and reconfiguring the relationships between bodies, space, and spectators.
